Hello and Nice to meet you!

A little about me:

I’m a 50-something, straight, Italian-American woman, originally from new york! While I realize that my identity secures privilege in our society, being an outsider is not foreign to me. I’ve travelled, studied, and lived around the world and had lots of enriching experiences so far in life. To me, life is an adventure not only for our external experience, but as an on-going internal adventure of knowing ourselves deeply.

For twenty-five years, I’ve been a licensed massage therapist, and have been working one-on-one with individuals to help them listen to what their bodies are telling them. Working with me as your counselor would include honoring your embodied experience in the here-and-now. That means tuning in to what your body is experiencing and acknowledging this innate inner wisdom as a beacon on your continuous path to self.
